I come from a very diverse career and educational background in the areas of sales, service, teaching, and library science.  All of these combine to make my experience here at Macks a very rewarding one.  I have found that I can combine all the talents and skills I've acquired and naturally possess to productively contribute to the growth of Macks.  Working on protocols and procedures, human resource issues, sales proposals, productivity management, and many other things make up my day.  I absolutely love it!

As the senior Fire Protection Specialist, I have a vast amount of technical knowledge in my field.  I enjoy being the person that my team members turn to when they have a question on codes, specifications, or best practices in fire protection.   My background in the Navy as well as in the automotive retail market has allowed me to do what I love, working with all types of customers and providing them the best quality service possible. I am typically a "ready reference" for the fire protection team at Macks as you can see from my picture where I'm providing some mentoring to a fellow technician.
