We believe that hands-on training is, by far, the greatest teacher.  People are sometimes hesitant to understand the value of the knowledge that comes with knowing how to correctly operate a fire extinguisher.  That is why Macks' Fire Protection Specialists take the time to ensure that customers are educated about their fire protection and life safety equipment.  Brief instruction on the use of the equipment is a value added service that comes with the choice to use Macks as a full service fire protection company.  Depending on the needs of the customer, the training doesn't have to end at the time of inspection or installation.  We are able to provide many other opportunities for education with services such as live fire trainings.

To know the basic four classes of fire, the fire extinguisher triangle, and the types, uses, and maintenance of extinguishers are just some of the tidbits of education that Macks provides to its customers to help ignite the flame of knowledge in the areas of fire protection and life safety.
